Does anyone have feedback on Quick Sale House Companies in theUK? Good and Bad experiences please?
ByWe are trying to relocate to set up a business, unfortunately the one thing stopping this is a house sale.
It has been on the market for two months now, we had a buyer who dropped out.
Have seen ‘Quick House Sale Companies’ on the Internet and wondered if anyone has used them.

i havnt used them but i have heard that they offer a substantially lower amount of money to you than the property value, which makes financial sense for a business if you think about it. i think only to be used in desperate circumstances.

Hi Cheddar – I actually own a quick sale company in the UK. I am based in Manchester but I work with a team of investors across the whole of the UK. As with all businesses there are certain individuals who can be unscrupulous in their dealings and will try to force a sale at a very low price. We however are very upfront with our customers and are able to help them out when the traditional estate agency route might be failing them and/or there is a certain time pressure for the sale to go through. We are able to complete a purchase within one month and we pay around 80-85% of the market value of the property. We have our finances and solicitors in place already so we can move quickly. If you would like to hear more about our service please let me know. Regards, Matt

I do some work with a company called Quick Move Now who buy houses across the whole of the UK.
Unlike some other quick sale companies, they charge you no fees for an offer, they will give you a cash offer of up to 90% and they can give you a guaranteed offer with 7 days.
I hope that helps.
