Anybody used quick sale co’s for house selling that operate on franchise basis?
ByHas anybody sold their home to a quick sale company that operates on a franchise basis? So you are not actually selling to a company as such but to an Associate of that Company? would appreciate any feedback both positive and negative, thanks. Any pitfalls to look out for? Warnings? Advice? help?

Avoid these companies. Go to a good local agent, tell him/her your position and get them to put it on the market at offers over the minimum figure you will accept (bear in mind you are looking at 20-30% off market value from the quick sale companies) So if your house has been valued at 100k, you get offered 75k by the quick sale company, get the agent to put it on at offers over £75k, make the condition of sale, no chain and get the deal wrapped up just as quick as if you had used one of these companies, with more money in your pocket.
