I want to rent a house in wooster or ashland ohio?

I am looking to rent a single family house (NOT an apt or townhouse) in ohio. Preferable in the wooster or ashland area. Rent to own would be even better but I hear they are impossible to find. Ive looked on all the obvious sites like rent.com, move, realtors, realestate, remax, homes….. I cannot find ANY homes for rent in this area. Any help???? Thanks!!
ok thanks and im coming from NJ where the average home price is $500,000 and the average 3 bedroom rental is $2000 so its dirt cheap to me LOL

my boyfriend and i are looking for a one, maybe two, bedroom house to rent in tyler texas. we’re going to be going to school so we don’t want a real big house. we don’t want an apartment. i’ve looked. i’m not having any luck finding anything. PLEASE HELP!

I know it says you cannot have owned a home in three years, does this apply to a rent house, which is considered to be a business, not a home?
I can put the rent house under a corporation, and it would not be under my name.

Where can i find information about cost of house rent in Selangor?

I’m coming to Malaysia next month for University and it’s my first time being there and I need to rent a house/flat. is anyone could tell me range of renting there? my uni. is located in Selangor, Is that far from Kuala lumpur? can i rent house in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor is better? University already has accomidation but it’s a house with 3 rooms and we should share it with 3 other students and it’s a bit uncomfortable for me. I need to know where can I get flat that the rent cost be around 500-700 and can reach the uni easily, I mean i could get there by train or public trans. easy. thanx

Is it crazy to purchase a house as a rental property in another state?

Basically, I live in NY and have been considering purchasing a two-family house to rent out in another state such as PA or CT where prices are much cheaper for a home and so are taxes. Anyone have any experience with this? Will it be something I may regret? Any advice?
I would like to read about people who actually have experience from doing this and not just an opinion from someone who doesn’t even own real estate. Thank you.

I know to run a background check and to ask about previous evictions. What else?

How can I evict one person from a rent house?

I rent to two people, who both signed the lease. One has done considerable damage to the rent house. How can I evict him, In Texas, without having to evict the other person also? They are not legally married, but have a child together. The lease does provide for default of lease upon damaging the premises, but can I evict only one of them?

A group of about 8-12 of us are considering renting a house next summer (2009) somewhere here on the east coast. We are considering places like Lake George, Jersey Shore, North Carolina, Nantucket but are open to any other suggestions you may have. We would like to have a house big enough for all of us that is within walking distance to a nice beach, restaurants and bars, and is an area with a nightlife and fun stuff to do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance for your help!

is there something wrong with just one or two people living in a big house?

i rent a big 3 bedroom house. the girls i work with say i need a small apartment. seems silly to me. my rent is cheaper than their apartments and it’s not a dump. they say i’m taking a home away from a “real” family.
