Does anyone have a house for rent in the following OH areas?
ByWe are a family of 3 seeking to rent a house for a year while we build our credit back up. Maybe a buy after a year of living there if we like the area, schools, neighbors, etc?
We have 11 yrs of employment with UPS, great references, but bad credit. We can afford 1200-1350 a month for the rent. We are seeking to move within 2 weeks.
We are thinking about the following areas:
Batavia, Goshen, Maineville, Fairfield…
If you have a property you need to rent out, and the renters do not need good credit, they just need to pay their rent on time, and be good tenants…please respond.
Thank you

Michelle,
I live in Williamsburg, which is about 10 minutes from Batavia, and I have to say it is a wonderful place to live. Beyond that, I don’t know if there are any houses for rent, but if I see any, I’ll let you know.
