Who gives the lowest rates on home loans?

I heard Etrade was giving excellent rates for home loans. Any experience with them or any other?

I found that banks don’t always give the best of rates. Do your research and see if your state is having any special offers for first time buyers or something of the sort. I just found a really good program in my are, it’s called the RD Loan, or Rural District Loan. They offer rates as low as 5.25%

Get a realtor and ask them about the different types of loans that are available. A good realtor should be able to present a wide variety of loans to you. Also look for government funded programs, those will typically offer the lowest APR.

if you have a job and good credit the banks will almost pay you to buy a house.try 2%.say you will go else ware.and eventually i bet you will get 2%.
